Hearing the voice of people with a learning disability and autism and creating change across the East of England

People with a Learning Disability and Autistic people are recognised as often having poorer health outcomes than the general population. This session will provide a valuable update from our Regional partners, ACE Anglia and Autism Bedfordshire, who will share, feedback into the experiences of people with a learning disabilities, autistic people and family carers when accessing health services. In order to understand the work taking place across the East of England to reduce health inequalities, each Integrated Care System (ICS) will also be presenting examples of targeted work taking place, sharing good practice and outlining how this will improve the health of people with a learning disability and autistic people going forward.
