Cyber Protect and Cyber Choices input The first half of the input will be on Cyber Protect which will give you a better understanding of how to protect yourself online from scams and cyber crime including up to date information on passwords and two factor authentication. We will also give you advice on how to protect yourself from the most common cyber crimes and fraud we come across in the Eastern Region for example phishing and ransomware. The second half of the input will be on Cyber Choices which will give you information on the type of young people we get referred to us, what makes a young person vulnerable to committing cyber dependent crime (like hacking a school network) as well as the motivations behind this. We will also give you background of the law around computers, resources for those young people you may work with who are good with computers to keep them on the right side of the law as well as advice on how to refer to us in Cyber Choices.
